6. Shipping and Delivery

We will make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated delivery time. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for any delays in delivery. Bougamazing.com has great success with shipping live plants. Orders shipped will be placed on a 3 day shipment package and should arrive in fair condition. Please take care to unbox your plant and provide outdoor sunlight and water for a few days while the plant recovers.

7. Returns and Refunds

If the product arrives damaged or dead, you may reach out for a replacement of the product. Bougamazing.com will honor 1 replacement of our product to ensure you receive a healthy, growing plant. We do not offer refunds as the nature of our business is shipping live plants. A returned plant will not survive the trip back. To initiate the return please reach out to apena@bougamazing.com
